Tax and company law documents

• European VAT identification number.
• A copy of the commercial register extract or trade license or official company registration (e.g. from the Chamber of Commerce), which also shows the name of the company owner or managing director.
• Passport copy of the owner/shareholder/managing director.

Powers of attorney / acknowledgements of receipt

• A pickup authorization signed by the company owner/managing director, preferably with company stamp, for the pickup driver.
• Since January 1, 2014, the tax office has required a confirmation of receipt (Gescheinsbestätigung), i.e., confirmation from the recipient that the item has arrived in another EU country. We require this "Gescheinsbestätigung" in the original, with your stamp and signature.

If no confirmation of receipt is provided to us, we will charge a deposit of 19% of the purchase price.

The deposit amount will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the required documents.
